Vendor Qualification Process and Procedures:
Thank you for showing interest in working with Moontower Resources Operating, LLC. Please follow the recommendations below in order to be considered for addition to our approved Vendor list.
Download the Vendor/Contractor Application. Complete and submit to MoontowerMSA@moontowerres.com
Download the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), fill in the information in the first paragraph, section 33, execute by an authorized representative, and email to MoontowerMSA@moontowerres.com for execution by an authorized representative of Moontower Resources Operating, LLC. If you wish to propose/request any modifications to the form MSA, please request a word version from MoontowerMSA@moontowerres.com so that you may submit proposed redline revisions for our consideration.
Email your certificate of insurance that complies with the provisions contained in Section 16 of the Master Service Agreement to MoontowerMSA@moontowerres.com
Email your W-9 to MoontowerAP@moontowerres.com .
